Raising the industry's “standard.”

Lifting real estate's “normal” one step higher. By bringing in AI, we want to raise — to “up” — the standard of the entire industry. That wish is written into our very name: “Stand Up” is our own resolve to take the Standard, and move it Up.

The real estate field still carries long-unchanged customs and inefficiencies that lean too heavily on individuals. That is exactly why the upside is so large once it is refined with technology. As players who stand on the field ourselves, we know the problems — and we solve them one by one with the power of AI engineering.

To remain “the reason we are chosen” — for our clients and for the industry alike. Facing each person before us with sincerity, and through that accumulation, raising the very standard of the industry. That is StandUp's mission.

Profile

After graduating from Nichinan High School (Miyazaki Prefecture), he advanced to the Civil & Urban Engineering course of the Department of Earth & Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Kyushu University (now the Department of Civil Engineering), majoring in the civil engineering that underpins social infrastructure, and graduated.

Seeking deeper inquiry, he proceeded to the Department of Atmosphere–Ocean Environmental Systems at Kyushu University's Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Engineering Sciences, researching environmental systems on a global scale. During his studies he was selected as a delegate of the “Campus Asia Program,” which fosters next-generation leaders across Japan, China and Korea, and undertook degree study at the Graduate School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. After earning the required credits he withdrew, turning from academia toward the world of business.

After moving to Tokyo, he co-founded a real estate brokerage in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Having experienced everything from launching the business to running it, he now serves as Representative Director of StandUp. He also communicates in English.

Profile

Entered Rikkyo University, Faculty of Sociology, then withdrew. Moved to Germany and worked at the Embassy of Japan in Germany for five years. After returning to Japan, joined a real estate company specializing in sales. Drawing on 30 years of experience, became independent in 2016, founding All Living Inc. in Shibuya, Tokyo. After concurrently serving as Representative Director of All Living Inc. and StandUp Inc., now serves as Advisor.
