Concierge apartments are convenient, but expecting hotel-level front desk service can lead to misunderstanding.
Services are set by each building and often limited to reception, delivery handling, cleaning pickup, taxi arrangement, and similar support.
Check reception hours
Do not assume the concierge is available 24 hours. Separate concierge hours from security or disaster-control desk hours.
Some buildings switch to security-only service at night or suspend certain services in early morning hours.
Some requests are not accepted
In-room work, personal item management, long-term storage, contract agency, or shopping errands are often outside the service scope.
Before applying, confirm whether the service you expect is actually available.
