Typically, brokerage firms receive fees from both sellers and buyers. At Stand Up, we operate by only receiving brokerage fees from sellers. The reason we can offer free brokerage fees to buyers is that we reduce expenses by, for example, locating our office away from the station rather than right in front of it, and by cutting advertising and personnel costs. These cost-saving measures allow us to provide a service that better satisfies our customers.
